 |  Engineer is correct as far as I know. You have the auto switch, you would need the sensor which is part of the defroster vent and ....???  Assuming the wiring harness had a companion connector in your truck.. you still have to go through the Body Control Module (BCM) and if it's not programmed to accept the signal - nothing happens-or maybe something bad. It's almost the same issue with daytime running lights - Canadian Titans have it - US Titans don't. No one knows if you can program the BCM to get DTR or if there are Canada & US version BCM's Another mystery of life
