i did call a 4x4 shop and they told me to call a welding shop. they were not very helpful. what exactly do they do when they de arch leaf"s/// can it be put back to stock ???

A welding shop? They wanted you to torch the springs? LOL

Try talking to another shop then. Shops do this all the time. There is no magic involved reworking leafsprings. Basically the leafs are reshaped for more lift or to lower.
