Yea folks just started shopping for our second house with my wife. Its kinda stressful in applying for all the loan information etc but hopefully in the end it will work out completely. Some houses have well water and septic sewer in the area we want and I consider that a big turn off I'd really like to avoid having to install public anything into my house as I hear it can be quite expensive. At this point i also want the ability to add on to the house later if need by so I am looking for something with area around it. Wish me luck

well our house officially went on the market yesterday and we already have had one showing and we have another today. Its possible that it may sell by this week  on the other hand we viewed and found a house we absolutely love that is on 3 acres with 2 barns and a large covered paddock for lack of a better description. The thing is even though its been on the market for now 40 days they all the sudden recieved 2 offers along with ours and they have asked for best and final by 2 pm today.....so one way or another we'll be moving on....... so nervous

well my house is looking like its sold and we didn't get the other house so looks like its crunch time in finding a new place...we go out tomorrow

1967 Caddy? Looks nice. I used to own a 1967 Cadillac Hearse....loved that car.
If you look close, you can make out my personalized plates "GRIMRPR"

Damn Joey, nice house. I'm in Moorestown this week for business and
most of the houses I've seen are $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Compared to Atlanta,
houses are expensive up here.

wow small world i'm 5 minutes from moorestown. sadly believe it or not we didnt get the house i showed. But we did get one that really works great for us. We signed contracts and its ours!! i am really excited....however in my excitement i didnt take many pics and even less good ones....look for an update to follow
