Has anyone thought about installing a throttle body spacer to boost the HP a little? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I put one in my titan 4 days ago. I haven't been able to get a real accurate gas mileage record because I like in MN and it snowed hard and I had to use 4x4 so that throws it off.The spacer really makes the truck whistle at about 1900-3000rpms.

I have seen lots of reviews on these things and none of them are any good..They all say they aren't worth the money you pay for them and the only noticable gain you get is a whistle you gain from the spacer itself....

Yeah, I just saw this item on ebay and was wondering if they were worth getting.  I haven't made any mods to my Titan, but plan to in the near future.  Everything I read doesn't really give me the idea that they have came out with an aftermarket mod that really makes a difference.
