I just test drove a Titan and a Ford FX4, I loved the Nissan's
power. I wondered what is the largest size tire you could fit on the
titan without messing up the ride or warranty, Im thinking about a
set of 20" wheels with Nitto's Terra Grappler tires

You should be able to fit 20"s with no mod to the suspension. The warranty would not be affected except shakes or wheel rub.
