I cant remember where I read it, but I remember something about a possible release of the Titan in the next year or so to be sold supercharged....That would be quite interesting. I will try to find out where I saw it at and post it here again.  If anyone knows any more info...feel free to update us.

I read it too as well on one of the 'reviews' of the Titan.  However, I haven't seen anything specifically from Nissan yet.

I remember reading it awhile back before the titan was released that they(nissan) built the titan with room and consideration for future S/C application like the frontier.

Maybe I'll just wait for the 2005 in hopes of a SuperCharged package.

I offered my Titan up for the prototype vehicle to Vortechsuperchargers.com
If they have enough interest, they might make one for our truck. Feel free to call them and generate some interest.

I had the pleasure of working with A Nissan engineer from L.A here in Florida.  I asked him about a supercharger he said that that was highly unlikely.  Nissan is getting away from them and they will not be offered on the frontier in the future.

OOOooooh,

I love forced induction! Turbo's and Blowers make me all excited..  I have a Vortec on my 928 making 12psi and it is one wild ride....'scary' is the word most often spoken when someone decides to ride. And the turbo, if you have never been in a turbo charged Porsche, your really missing a fun ride.

The additional torque, would probably be the death of the current tranny, but then again maybe not.  I would think a low boost@ 5-8psi would be MORE than enough for the Titan. It would probably make around 425hp and over 500ft/lbs of torque.

A Stillen set up maybe......?

I test drove a ford lightning. Before I bought a titan. I thought the super charger noise was total BS. I didn't care how much faster it was. For ten grand you could have a brand new sportbike. Pushing 3 denendable pounds per HP. The truck stock is fast enough to be fun to drive. Bottom line it's still going to be a truck.
