I have a 04 Titan Crew Cab LE with about 6000+ miles on it. I got before the end of the year 03 and it was produced 12/5/03, one of the first ones made. I've noticed that the audio fades in and out, I turned off the auto volume level adjuster thingy which doesn't work that smoothly at all, and the audio continues to fade in and out, anybody else have the same problem? I also had my two front routers replaced because I was getting the vibration problem. Does anybody also have any tips on improving the radio reception because it's pretty bad. That's just a few problems I've had, but I really want to radio fixed! Thanks

Yea, CD works fine, i read in other posts that a lot of other people are having the same problem. Another thing i noticed in the SoCal heat is that my air condition isn't as cool as it should be.... it's 105 outside and the air is cold, but not cool. I don't know if that's normal or not.

I've had mine for 2 months now and noticed the same thing. I've also heard a similar complant from Armada owners too. It doesn't sound like a volume change but more of a tone change like some of the old style radios that have the LOUD setting. It sounds like that is turning on and off.

Has anyone noticed if it happens while driving in the same area. I was curious if it had something to do with signal strength? I haven't been able to tell yet.

To me it seems like the antenna is not good.  Seems to get staticky then comes back.  You can even see the Stereo indicator go off and if RDS is available the RDS indicator will disappear too.

Mine seems alot louder when I switch to CD from the stereo.  I'm not really sure why.
