I just replaced all the stock speakers that came out of one of my other cars. The truck sounds so much better. I bought a JL stealth box for my CC that has 2 10w3s. I used Boston acoustic pros in the all 4 doors and dash. I kept the stock deck for now and has an audio control unit helping with the signal from the deck. I removed the 8 inch sub under the drivers seat also. I have the old school rockford amps running everything. Sounds so much better for now.

Can I ask, about how much did that run? And did you install all of it yourself?

What kind of amp? Just 1 or 2? And if 2, do you have plenty of battery power?

I'm looking to upgrade my system in 2 phases. Phase 1 being new subs and amp. Phase 2 to upgrade the factory speakers. With phase 2, I didn't know whether to use another amp or not. How many watts are you pushing to your mids?

Did you have to use the JL Audio Clean Sweep?  I want to upgrade my system but the installers told me that I would need this because of my Nav. system.  Help, I want to be like you when I grow up.

Kev,

Where did you purchase the audio control for the head unit.  I too replaced all my speakers with Boston Acoustics, two Kicker Amps and two kicker 8's.  Sounds awsome, but would like to use the OEM player so that I can utilize the DVD that came with my Titan
