What is involved in making the truck a dual exhaust system? I haven't been under it to see, but can it be done easily?

Yes,

There is plenty of room... and a few "plug and play" systems are already available.

I wanted a little back pressure (so I did single Banks exhaust) because I don't run in the high rpm's much...
