I have been a member of the bed blister club and the rear end club. I guess it is fair to be a member of the brake shutter club. At 9000 miles when braking from over 55 mph the stearing wheel almost gets jerked out of my hands. I guess I'll have to take the Titan back for this normal problem. I love the Titans but I need to go to the back doctor now, my back is starting to hurt from "carrying" it back so many times (the 8th time). I guess my saying below holds true.

We still have temp tags on our 04 SE, (holdover sale). We have been talking with the shop trying to get them to put the new rotors on NOW and not to wait until there is a problem.

They said that they have been directed by Nissan to turn the rotors twice before requesting the replacement parts. Great plan right? Wait until there is a problem and a whining customer before fixing the problem.

So, inorder to get new rotors do the old ones have to be dead? or can i just walk into the dealer and demand he put the new ones on there?

What we were told at the shop and what has been covered in another thread is that Nissan wants to push you off as long as possible. So yeah, they want the rotors to be totally useless before replacing them.
