Has anyone had any trouble finding a tonneau cover to fit a Titan box with the rail system? I have beeen told that mounting is a problem because of the location of the rails.

I am with you on this one.  I have been looking for one since I got my Titan a month ago.  It looks like the only option is the OEM style that I found through a link that I checked out from here.  http://www.nissanpart4u.com I wish I could find it a little less than what they want.  The problem with the other kind is what you mention.  The rail clamp kit won't fit with the utilitrack bed system.

Good luck, sorry if that didn't help.

I just bought a Lite Rider by Access from Realtruck.com.  The tonneau is not clamp for the Titan, you have to drill the mounting rails.  I love this cover.  Very easy to operate, locks, has tension devices for different weather conditions.  My only advice is have a friend help with the installation.  The cover cost $358.  If you have any other questions about this, please send an email to paulandcathy98@hotmail.com

Later

I ordered a Truxedo form JC Whitney. The price from a catalog was $299.99 less 10% then less 5%. After all was said and done, the cost was about $250.00, much cheaper than anything else I could find. I also ordered it in Carbon Fiber look....Thought it might lok good on my Smoke colored truck..

I have the OEM one, and its fine, but don't get it if you are planning to buy any accessories like the Bed Tube rails or overhead rails etc. You know the rectangular punchouts on each side of the top of the bed. Those are meant to be used if you get any of the aforemnetioned accessories. Well, the OEM Tonneau cover rails actually partially cover those rectangular punchouts. So, my guess is you wouldnt be able to install bed rails without removing the Tonneau cover, rail and all. What a stupid design. The truxedo low profile, on the other hand, sits inside the top of the bed sides, therefore not affecting the mounitng points.
